Job Description [Job Descriptions]

•Process & Quality Engineer based in Korea Subcontractor in executing operational performance focusing on quality, on-time delivery and new product/process introductions.

•Processes and Operations: Oversees assembly processes and operations for new and existing products. Introduce continuous improvement techniques to improve current production methods, processes and increase productivity capacities. Devise strategies to improve production yield and efficiency.

•Responsible for managing customer product lifecycle. This includes timely engineering prototype delivery, successful ramp to production, new product/process quality, resolution and closure of engineering issues.

•Quality Assurance Engineering: Defines, specifies and ensure conformance of the standards, methods, and procedures for inspecting, testing, change control and reliability monitor of TI products to ensure acceptable outgoing quality per TI expectation.

•Subcon: Work with subcon to implement corrective & preventive actions following customer complaints/ issues and conduct periodically audit.

•Maintain strong relationship with the subcons to enable superior business support.

•Responsible for overall performance of subcontract houses providing Texas Instruments Assembly & Test services. Required to drive subcon performance scorecard improvement.

[Qualifications]

•BS/MS degree in Electronics or Semiconductor related field.

•Minimum 5 years of experience in Semiconductor manufacturing; Package and Quality experience with a strong knowledge of the assembly process flow & details.

•Experience in working with FC Package, Substrate and Automotive will be an added advantage.

•Strong problem solving skills required.

•Strong interpersonal and cross-functional teaming skills required.

•Good program management skills required.

•Good communication skills - English and Korean

•High energy and able to work under pressure
