Job Posting Title IT Project Leader

Job Description The team leader of enterprise application serves as a key technology expert with strategic responsibility for the technical and operational results of the enabling technologies utilized to ensure the organization meets its business goals. This position will report to manager of Enterprise Applications IT (EAIT) Asia.

Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

In this position, either directly or through others, the incumbent will:

  • Assist in development & implementation of multi-year Technology Strategy and Continuous Improvement strategy based on the identification of value opportunities.

  • Work with global team to drive key initiatives and ensure effective implementation of global and regional system, application and process.

  • Work with Business Leaders to improve and implement standard processes and practices to support business goals.

  • Develop and lead simplification projects to improve the productivity of assigned Business areas.

  • Support B2B and EDI with customers

  • Support, advise, assist, and resolve problems for functional users in steady state.

  • Project management & ownership of small to large sized IT projects as required, including project budget tracking, resource allocation and quality assurance etc.

  • Develop people. Provide coach and mentor to team member.
