Texas Instruments Finance and Tax Intern (m/f/d) in Freising, Germany

TI has a dynamic three-month internship and six-month co-op program for undergraduate and graduate students looking for exciting careers for with accounting, finance, industrial engineering, operations and supply chain degrees. Our interns go right to work! You will be a contributor, not a trainee, as you become familiar with the company’s business systems and methods of operations.
As an intern in the EMEA Finance and Tax department, you will receive invaluable experience working in the fast-paced high-tech industry, with assignments exposure to financial closes & tax returns, controls improvements and business process review.
Your tasks:
Supporting the preparation of internal financial reports
Development of VAT-Dashboards and other analyzing tools
Developing Trainings & process documentations
Support the preparation of VAT returns
Support internal projects
Customer contract administration
Support the preparation of transfer pricing documentation
Support of financial close, including the posting of journal entries in SAP
Timeline: Join the Finance and Tax Team as an intern in June 2023

Qualifications
Minimum requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting or related business field
Preferred qualifications:
Advanced English language skills
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, proficiency in SAP and Business Objects preferred
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently as well as in a team
Very good communication skills
