About the Job

We’re searching for a dynamic leader to join our global talent development team and help us to solve some of our most important challenges, including:

• How do we develop our leaders globally so that all of our leaders understand and act in ways that meet TI’s leadership expectations?

• How can we raise the capability and performance of the people in our organization?

• How can we help leaders transition quickly, accelerating their integration into their new organizations and teams?

• How can we ensure TI has a robust pipeline of ready now talent for critical leadership and technical roles?

• How do we establish a culture of real time feedback and continuous learning?

We’re looking for a hands-on expert in one of the following core areas:

• Leadership development, coaching, and assessments

• Succession planning and bench development

• Performance management

We are looking for someone who can help us define and execute a robust development strategy that makes our employees, our leaders and our company stronger.

• The ability to build business-driven development solutions tied to priorities

Minimum requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s degree preferred) in Organizational Development, Industrial/ Organizational Psychology, Leadership Development, Human Resources or similar with 5+ years of experience

• Semiconductor industry experience preferred

• Experience leading and operating in a global environment

Experience designing and implementing development programs while balancing creativity and pragmatism are essential. The ideal candidate will have an excellent understanding of business drivers and can link development to business success.
