Texas Instruments Requested Services Coordinator - Facilities - 1st/Day Shift (South Campus) in Dallas, Texas

Texas Instrumlents is actively seeking a Facilities Support to join our team. In this role, you will assist with maintaining daily operations of the physical facility. You may coordinate, schedule and estimate very highly diversified tasks in installation and relocation of production, administration and engineering areas. You may provide general transportation assistance to employees, company guests, and others as directed. Additionally, you may maintain work areas of offices and industrial buildings to keep them clean and orderly and perform special cleaning projects as assigned.


  • Provide Project Management for Lab and Equipment installations and moves worldwide

  • Meet with the customer to understand project requirements, determine budgets, track expenses, write specifications, provide drawings, coordinate MEP and CDA, determine schedules with the business unit to suit customer needs, implement and oversee packing, shipping and installation or decommissioning

  • Oversee all construction activity and coordinate commissioning with the Facility Engineering team

  • Include Environmental, Safety and Health in all aspects of space planning and equipment movement

  • Include security where required. Provide project management for moves of people, rearrangement of work stations, conversion of office or meeting room space

  • Work independently and with groups


Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent

  • 2 years’ experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions

  • Ability to take the initiative and drive for results

  • Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery

  • Ability to work effectively in an interrupt-driven, fast-paced and rapidly changing environment

  • Demonstrated strong customer service orientation and ability to take ownership for issue resolution
