Our rotation program gives you the opportunity to develop valuable skills in a collaborative environment that will provide you direct contact with key leaders across TI. In this program, you’ll be immersed in meaningful assignments giving you real-world experience and a sense of ownership. As a participant in the program you’ll rotate through two diverse and challenging positions within Facilities during a 2-year period. Rotations will take place in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
About the Job
As a Power Distribution Engineering rotator in the Facilities Organization at TI, you will have the opportunity to work on industrial electrical systems used to transmit, distribute and generate electric power. You will gain hands-on experience by working with electrical equipment like substations, panels, motors and motor drives, protection systems, monitoring systems and more. Focus areas include cost and energy reduction, plant and process safety improvements, reliability improvement and system design. Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelors or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering
Minimum Cumulative 3.0/4.0 GPA
