About the job:
Our team works closely with both Manufacturing and Engineering to impact the FAB’s success by working planned maintenance activities, helping to manage tool sets in the area, and driving continuous improvement projects. In summary, this position requires mechanical hands on skills, approach to always prioritize your safety and the safety of others, and the job always done right (quality).
Complete required safety training and follow all Lock Out Tag Out Policies
Execute scheduled maintenance work adhering to the approved best known method for all tasks completed
Tracking and assembling of all parts required to complete maintenance ahead of time
Completion of qualifications required to bring equipment fully out of preventative maintenance state and into production
Tracking of critical data from performed maintenance to define improvement opportunities for optimal PM performance
Currently working as a Manufacturing Specialist
In good performance standing
Able to lift 35 Ibs
Preferred Qualifications and Skills:
-Strong interest in and capability of performing hands on mechanical and maintenance activities on toolsets
-Experience on Fab systems: Trackworks, SMS, Command Center OI
-Strong teamwork, communication, documentation skills
-Commitment to working via a highly standardized set of instructions
-Effective teaming with both engineering and manufacturing teams
-Experience with Excel and Powerpoint
