Job Posting Title Facilities Engineer
Job Description Responsible for planning plant, office and production equipment layout for economy of operation and maximum utilization of facilities and equipment. Reviews and estimate design cost including equipment, installation, labor, materials, preparation and other related costs. Develop criteria and performance specification for facilities and equipment required to meet unique operating requirements and building and safety codes.

Controls System Owner Responsibilities:
Maintain continuous operation of plant-wide network of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) including field instruments to support various facilities systems that are essential for semiconductor manufacturing processes such as:
o Deionized Water
o Chilled and process cooling water, etc..
Manage & co-champion to the Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) clients and servers.
Responsible for the conceptualization, design, justification, budget requisition and execution management of new controls system projects for scopes such as additional system capacity to compensate the manufacturing demand, solution for issues including generated actions in Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA) as well as system process improvements and cost reduction efforts for both energy and water.
