Job Description The SCP Engr main charter is focused on engineering and technology development for semiconductor packaging.

New packages, process, materials, technology are handled by SCP engrs.

Good proficiency in English communication (both written and verbal) is recommended since the job entails communicating to cross functional teams inside and outside of China.

Technical competence in engineering, good team work, collaboration and a high passion for getting results will be required for the candidate to be able to perform in the SCP organization.
